What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording of AP transactions in the general ledger and maintain audit trails.
• Support month-end closing activities related to payables and accruals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Proactively support automation and process improvements within AP workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit.
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and AP operations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malaysia.
