What you will do

• Own the BizTech project portfolio, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and strategic goals.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from scoping through delivery, managing risks and dependencies.
• Design and implement structured intake and prioritization processes for technology requests.
• Partner with GTM, Finance, People, and Security teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Establish program management standards including tracking, retrospectives, and change management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Technical Program Management team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical or IT Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience managing portfolios of cross-functional technology projects.
• Proven ability to design and run intake and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps across business systems like HRIS, CRM, and ERP.
• Must be based in Chicago or willing to work onsite.

• Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies scaling from 500 to 1,000+ employees.
• Familiarity with enterprise iPaaS platforms like Workato and data governance frameworks.
