Sr. Associate, Technical Information Security Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece; hybrid work with attendance at the assigned hirify.global office 2–3 days per week or as needed. This role is not remote.

What you will do

• Serve as the Technical Information Security Lead for assigned business units, programs, and technology domains.
• Execute technical risk assessments and support risk-informed decision-making across complex initiatives and platforms.
• Translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for business and technology stakeholders.
• Define risk mitigation strategies, remediation plans, and compensating controls with technology and business owners.
• Develop security standards, technical guidance, implementation patterns, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Evaluate emerging threats and technologies and recommend security improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in information security, cyber risk, GRC, security architecture, IT risk, or audit.
• Ability to communicate complex technical risks to senior business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in a highly regulated, matrixed enterprise and an agile work environment.
• Ability to work from the assigned hirify.global office 2–3 days per week or as required by the business.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms such as Archer.
