What you will do

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Provide constructive feedback to candidates to optimize their experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with onsite solutions teams to deliver services within agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruiter function (in-house, onsite, or agency).
• Expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques and Google Xray.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage candidate expectations and provide timely feedback.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment process effectiveness.
