What you will do

• Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for business-critical roles.
• Utilize Boolean and X-Ray search techniques to find relevant talent pools.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in international sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Strong written communication skills for creating compelling outreach messages.
• English level: B1+ required.
