What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across GTM, Technical, and G&A functions in the APAC region.
- Design and execute a scalable employer branding strategy tailored to local markets.
- Manage external recruitment agencies and search vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Build and implement a robust internal referral program to foster a talent-scouting culture.
- Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to align regional hiring strategies with company goals.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Japanese (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in zero-to-one environments.
- Strong analytical capability to connect hiring pipelines to business outcomes.
- High level of cross-cultural competency for global collaboration.

- Fluency in Korean.
