What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across GTM, Technical, and G&A functions in the APAC region.
• Design and execute a scalable employer branding strategy tailored to local markets.
• Manage external recruitment agencies and search vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Build and implement a robust internal referral program to foster a talent-scouting culture.
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to align regional hiring strategies with company goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Japanese (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in zero-to-one environments.
• Strong analytical capability to connect hiring pipelines to business outcomes.
• High level of cross-cultural competency for global collaboration.
