Location: Hybrid in London, UK (minimum 50% office attendance required)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

What you will do
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer marketing journeys focusing on funding, investing, and cross-sell behaviors.
- Lead the delivery of key commercial campaigns, including the rotating tax year-end activity.
- Develop and optimize trigger-based and behavioral communications to increase engagement and customer value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Legal, Compliance, Content, and Data teams.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a Marketing Executive to foster growth and high performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer or lifecycle marketing with success in omnichannel campaigns.
- Expertise in developing customer journeys and trigger-based communications.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for continuous testing and optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Must be based in the UK to comply with the hybrid working requirement in London.
- Experience within financial services or other regulated industries is desirable.
