What you will do

• Manage the International Mobile Top Up (IMTU) product portfolio and execute CRM campaigns via SMS, email, and push notifications.
• Drive new customer acquisition through Refer-a-Friend programs, community events, and social media strategies.
• Design and implement B2C digital marketing campaigns for the USA, Canada, and other international markets.
• Lead the creation of campaign creative elements in collaboration with designers and agencies.
• Analyze business data to propose growth action plans and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to effectively launch new or enhanced financial services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile top up or money transfer services for US and international markets.
• Proven experience in B2C Digital Marketing and a university degree in Marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (Fluent English required).
• Must be based in LATAM.
• 2+ years of experience in the money transfer or financial services industry.
• Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
