• Provide account-specific pricing guidance and quotes for new and renewing clients.
• Conduct financial impact analysis for pricing decisions.
• Improve pricing models by analyzing projected and actual healthcare costs.
• Build and monitor mechanisms to track book-of-business performance.
• Develop processes and policies to support financial planning and pricing efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize existing pricing models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an analytical function.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
