Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own integrated production end-to-end, creating direct-response ads for social, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Shoot, direct, and produce original footage while managing all stages from pre- to post-production.
• Compose motion graphic explainers and source content to scale creative output across various formats.
• Iterate rapidly on creative concepts based on performance data to optimize user acquisition.
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and production costs effectively.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ideation, storyboarding, and asset organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, or Detroit.
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proven experience in direct-response advertising and video production.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight turnaround times.
• Experience with budget management, vendor oversight, and production scheduling.
• Ability to translate data insights into creative video decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong design sensibilities for visual storytelling.
