Salary: £27,976 - £31,000

What you will do

• Promote candidates to employers and raise awareness of the programme.
• Create and manage individualized action plans for customers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
• Provide ongoing in-work support to help customers sustain their roles.
• Facilitate work experiences, placements, and shadowing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with quality and contractual standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to travel to Banbury or Bicester, Oxfordshire.
• Must be able to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Experience providing one-to-one support and coaching to individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Proven ability to build networks and strong partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing caseloads.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.

Nice to have

• Driving licence and access to a car.
• Understanding of supported employment programmes like IPS.
• Experience providing guidance on welfare, benefits, and health challenges.
• University degree or equivalent track record in sales or case management.
