TL;DR

Experienced Consultant (AI/Data): Managing full-cycle recruitment for the Data, Engineering, Product, and Architecture division with an accent on 360-degree recruitment and business development. Focus on partnering with clients to deliver high-impact talent solutions and sourcing top-tier tech professionals across Europe.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London, working from the office 4 days a week

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment process from initial job briefing through to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn CRM while ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment law.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve billing targets and share industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, data, or AI sectors.
  • Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in sourcing talent through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with high professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Solid negotiation and offer management skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week.

  • Experience working with Bullhorn CRM.
