What you will do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, servers, networks, and software systems.
- Install, configure, and optimize Windows servers, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Manage onboarding processes including user account setup and IT equipment provisioning.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain system performance and IT security.
- Assist in emergency and crisis management readiness for IT systems.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- English proficiency: Good reading, writing, and oral skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
