What you will do

• Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities to assess and meet customer needs.
• Design and recommend enterprise networking architectures including switching, wireless, security, and management solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and workshops.
• Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop business opportunities and ensure project success.
• Work with marketing and product managers to define new products based on field insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, System Engineering, or Network Engineering.
• Experience with HPE HIT, Aruba, Juniper, or other enterprise networking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid role)

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in Aruba or Juniper.
