What you will do
- Provide L1–L2 technical support for global end-users, including hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
- Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including device onboarding and asset offboarding.
- Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
- Maintain local office IT infrastructure, including meeting rooms, AV/VC systems, and network connectivity.
- Administer Azure AD, Active Directory, and Google Workspace for user and device management.
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance through patching, encryption, and mass deployment tools like Intune or Jamf.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in L1–L2 support for office, network, and desktop infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Intune, Kace) and mass deployment solutions (Autopilot, Jamf).
- Experience administering Google Workspace and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- English: Full professional fluency required.
- Willingness to work shifts, participate in on-call rotations, and travel occasionally.
