TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide L1–L2 technical support for global end-users, including hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including device onboarding and asset offboarding.
  • Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain local office IT infrastructure, including meeting rooms, AV/VC systems, and network connectivity.
  • Administer Azure AD, Active Directory, and Google Workspace for user and device management.
  • Ensure endpoint security and compliance through patching, encryption, and mass deployment tools like Intune or Jamf.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in L1–L2 support for office, network, and desktop infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Intune, Kace) and mass deployment solutions (Autopilot, Jamf).
  • Experience administering Google Workspace and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • English: Full professional fluency required.
  • Willingness to work shifts, participate in on-call rotations, and travel occasionally.

Nice to have

  • ITIL Foundation certification or strong understanding of IT service management principles.
