What you will do

  • Serve as the L3 escalation point for issues related to collaboration tools and cloud applications.
  • Provide end-to-end support for platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack to ensure high availability.
  • Manage the full user access lifecycle, including account provisioning, role changes, and secure offboarding.
  • Perform root cause analysis for complex incidents and drive sustainable fixes in partnership with security and infrastructure teams.
  • Administer platform policies, permissions, and integrations, including SSO and other business systems.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for cloud services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support or systems administration with a focus on cloud platforms.
  • English: Full professional fluency (written and spoken) required.
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise tools like Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint), Google Workspace, Zoom, or Slack.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including Entra ID, Active Directory, and user provisioning.
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or ServiceDesk.

Nice to have

  • ITIL Foundation certification or a basic understanding of ITIL service management principles.
