What you will do
- Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities, assessing customer needs and preparing product specifications.
- Design and recommend enterprise networking architectures including switching, wireless, security, and network management.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and workshops for clients.
- Prepare comprehensive solution proposals, technical documentation, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborate with vendors, marketing, and product managers to define new products and drive business opportunities.
- Work closely with Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful deal closure and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, System Engineering, or Network Engineering.
- Experience with HPE HIT, Aruba, or related infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center technologies.
- English: Good command of communication required.
- Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
