What you will do

  • Own end-to-end revenue performance, growth strategy, and customer acquisition for a specific vertical.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a pod of Account Executives to ensure career growth and target achievement.
  • Establish operational cadences, forecasting discipline, and pipeline management practices.
  • Guide teams through complex sales cycles and strategic customer conversations.
  • Refine sales narratives and go-to-market strategies tailored to vertical-specific needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to unlock growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, adtech, or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing revenue teams and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading consultative sales motions with mid-market or enterprise advertisers.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in pipeline and business performance management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional communication and operational management skills.
