What you will do
- Own end-to-end revenue performance, growth strategy, and customer acquisition for a specific vertical.
- Lead, coach, and develop a pod of Account Executives to ensure career growth and target achievement.
- Establish operational cadences, forecasting discipline, and pipeline management practices.
- Guide teams through complex sales cycles and strategic customer conversations.
- Refine sales narratives and go-to-market strategies tailored to vertical-specific needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to unlock growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, adtech, or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing revenue teams and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience leading consultative sales motions with mid-market or enterprise advertisers.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in pipeline and business performance management.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Exceptional communication and operational management skills.
