What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Quality & Operational Excellence aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a three-pillar leadership team covering QA & Compliance, Training, and Process Excellence.
- Build strategic partnerships with operational department heads to drive accountability and performance.
- Maintain robust governance frameworks, audit protocols, and quality standards across all channels.
- Monitor department performance against KPIs and provide executive reporting to senior leadership.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement and preventive thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality assurance or operations management.
- 5+ years of senior people leadership experience managing managers and multi-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in quality management frameworks, audit methodologies, and process improvement disciplines.
- Proven ability to operate independently at a senior level and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of operational risk management, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Formal certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
- Experience in telecommunications, retail, or BPO environments.
