What you will do

• Design and build internal AI-powered tools and autonomous agents to automate complex business workflows.
• Architect and maintain AI agents that interact with internal systems on behalf of users.
• Evaluate and prototype generative AI solutions using LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Act as an AI evangelist by running workshops and mentoring teammates on generative AI development patterns.
• Define best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and cost management.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year focused on generative AI or LLM application development.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex).
• Experience building tool-using agents or multi-agent systems.
• Cloud-native development experience using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Must be based in the US.
