What you will do

• Build and operationalize Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and AI agents, in production environments.
• Design AI-assisted engineering solutions to improve software development lifecycle efficiency and quality.
• Perform technical discovery, define architecture, and build POCs to validate technical approaches.
• Mentor and enable client engineering teams to adopt modern AI and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engagement managers to align technical implementations with business goals.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and operational guidelines for distributed cloud-native systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases in production.
• Proficiency in integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong backend development skills in Node, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working in consulting environments or embedded client delivery models.
• Expertise in AI-assisted modernization and legacy migration strategies.
