Salary: $166,000 – $227,850

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for hirify.global Core (engine, CLI, SDKs) and the Providers ecosystem.
• Obsess over CLI and developer UX to reduce friction and improve trust in infrastructure workflows.
• Engage directly with the open-source community via GitHub, Slack, and community calls to prioritize user pain points.
• Partner with engineering to balance architectural investments with community-driven feature requests.
• Define and track success metrics for open-source health, including adoption and contribution velocity.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from ideation to GA by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical program management.
• Significant experience building developer tools, platforms, CLI, SDKs, or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical instincts with the ability to reason about architectural tradeoffs.
• Experience working with or shipping in open-source environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud technologies like containers, Kubernetes, and serverless.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background as a maintainer or significant contributor to a well-known open-source project.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Familiarity with IaC tooling such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane.
• Experience representing a product publicly at conferences or to technical audiences.
