Salary: $320,000 – $340,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of consultative Mid Market software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets.
- Manage and report on book of business, including revenue forecasting and pipeline maintenance.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring new team members to scale the organization.
- Refine sales playbooks and best practices to enable high-velocity consultative engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of tech sales experience with 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
- Demonstrated passion for AI applications in the legal profession.
