What you will do
- Lead and coach a distributed team of Finance Business Partners embedded across cost centers and markets.
- Run planning and budgeting cycles, ensuring commercial grounding and defensibility of financial submissions.
- Develop performance frameworks, including dashboards and KPIs, to drive genuine business accountability.
- Build business cases for strategic investments, new market initiatives, and product launches.
- Translate complex financial analysis into compelling narratives for senior leadership and non-finance audiences.
- Standardize best practices across markets to ensure consistent quality of financial partnering.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong track record in Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams in complex, multi-entity environments.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrable ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial data to business performance drivers.
