What you will do

• Provide proactive financial guidance and commercial challenge to the Earn business units to support strategic decisions.
• Own end-to-end P&L reporting and analysis for Earn products, including Flexible, Staking, Loan, and Structured Products.
• Partner with product teams on new launches, pricing decisions, and go-to-market strategies via financial feasibility assessments.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for Earn business verticals.
• Identify revenue leakage, cost inefficiencies, and margin improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury teams to ensure accurate accruals and balance sheet treatment of liabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or investment banking, ideally within crypto or fintech.
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn products such as flexible savings, staking, and structured products.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Familiarity with crypto asset economics, yield mechanics, spread pricing, and liquidity management.
• Must be based in Asia.
