Location: Hybrid in Athens, Greece

What you will do

  • Drive budget, forecast, and long-term business planning cycles by providing input on underlying assumptions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and key financial metrics for business units’ executive committees.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets to support informed decision-making for financial objectives.
  • Provide financial expertise for the evaluation of new products, investments, and strategic projects.
  • Enhance efficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting by maximizing ERP and BI system usage.
  • Establish and enforce financial reporting and controlling processes to support controlled growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or Controller, preferably in IT or professional services.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards and advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI tools.
  • Experience with complex ERP, BI, or MIS tools (Dynamics 365 F&O or SAP BPC as an asset).
  • All application materials must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Financial analysis certifications such as FMVA, CFA, or ACCA.
