What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Machine Learning and Data Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Define the ML roadmap in alignment with product and engineering goals, translating business challenges into scalable data solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data pipelining, feature engineering, deployment, and monitoring in low-latency environments.
• Partner with Software Development teams, Program Management, and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
• Streamline workflows and manage technical debt to guarantee reliable, on-time delivery of data products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• 5+ years in an engineering management role overseeing ML/Data teams.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining models at scale, preferably within the ad-tech industry.
• Deep understanding of modern ML frameworks, data architecture, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex technical ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
