What you will do

• Lead analytics engineering within the Sales and Marketing organization to improve data quality and automation.
• Architect data collection and develop ETLs, reporting dashboards, and data aggregations for business tracking.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation in collaboration with engineering.
• Create internal tools and applications to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
• Drive a data-driven culture by enabling data self-service across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to data scientists and technical partners.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, etc.).
• 5+ years of industry experience with large-scale ETL systems for M.S. holders, or 4+ years for Ph.D. holders.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and Scala.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and efficient data governance.
• Proficiency with data workflows (e.g., Airflow) and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Streamlit).
• Must be located in Ontario, Canada or a country where hirify.global has a physical presence.

• Direct experience in the Sales and Marketing domains.
• Proven track record of collaborating closely with data scientists and marketing managers.
