What you will do

• Lead and mentor the PRO UI team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of UI products with authentication.
• Manage campaign management and ad tech integrations within the UI platform.
• Define and drive architectural decisions across frontend, backend-for-frontend (BFF), and micro frontend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
• Maintain high-quality CI/CD pipelines and development processes using Argo and GitHub.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading UI teams specifically in campaign management and ad tech domains.
• Strong technical background in architecture, frontend and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in micro frontends (MFE), backend-for-frontend (BFF), and UI development.
• Proficiency with GCP, Argo CI/CD, GitHub, and Figma.
• Must be based in the United States.
