Salary: $485,000 - $625,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead a multi-team engineering organization, managing managers and tech leads while owning hiring and leadership development.
• Set the technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for product infrastructure, including compute, networking, and developer productivity tooling.
• Scale infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP to meet unprecedented customer growth and performance demands.
• Drive complex multi-region and international deployments of the product stack.
• Increase overall development velocity by identifying and removing bottlenecks without sacrificing quality.
• Partner with product, research, and infrastructure leaders to define architectural direction for the entire organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 8+ years in leadership, including managing managers at significant scale.
• Proven track record of building and operating high-scale product infrastructure with stringent reliability and efficiency requirements.
• Experience leading complex multi-region or international infrastructure deployments.
• Experience guiding an organization through major growth, transitioning systems from early-stage to enterprise-grade.
• Strong technical background to set architectural direction across a broad infrastructure surface.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying production infrastructure multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in developer experience (DX), CI/CD, and workflows for large engineering organizations.
• Proficiency in cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, and large-scale capacity management.
• Experience operating infrastructure in regulated environments or under data-residency requirements.
• Experience building infrastructure specifically for AI and LLM products.
