What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to global law firms and enterprises to diagnose pain points and map AI opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end pilot deployments, including discovery, workflow design, testing, and firm-wide rollout.
• Collaborate with innovation leaders and Customer Success to embed the platform into day-to-day legal practices.
• Translate user insights into product direction to influence the engineering roadmap.
• Help clients evaluate the business impact of AI across practices such as M&A, litigation, and regulatory.

Requirements

• Experience working at a top law firm or within an in-house legal team.
• Background in innovation, legal operations, or consulting.
• Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor.
• Ability to navigate discussions regarding generative AI, workflow design, privacy, and governance.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with partners, engineers, and CIOs.
• Must be located in or able to work from London.
