Salary: $235,000 – $260,000 base + annual bonus and equity (RSUs)

What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a new product area in Casualty from inception through market validation.
- Build and ship AI-first products that guide and augment human decision-making in auto casualty claims.
- Collaborate directly with senior executives at major insurance carriers to uncover problems and test product visions.
- Create working prototypes and write code using AI coding tools alongside engineers.
- Partner with customer success, sales, and product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Define value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for every product bet.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of 0-to-1 product building, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment.
- Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical (e.g., fintech, healthtech, legaltech).
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping products where AI was core to the value proposition.
- Technical ability to contribute directly to working software and prototypes.
- Must be based in the US (Sponsorship available for those needing to transfer an active visa).
