What you will do

• Develop hirify.global’s product vision and translate it into concrete strategies and roadmaps.
• Analyze the needs of customers across enterprise, SMB, and consumer segments.
• Monitor the evolving AI design landscape to define the company's market positioning.
• Partner with ML, engineering, and design teams to turn cutting-edge technology into delightful experiences.
• Operate with high ownership to ship products quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or founder experience in fast-moving startups.
• Proven experience owning a complex, 0→1 product surface.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products and working with technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for others.
• Passion for AI and design tools, demonstrated through building or prototyping.
• Must be based in Toronto for on-site work
