• Advise innovation and knowledge teams on AI strategy, including client AI policies, rollout programs, and measures of success.
• Support innovation leaders in advancing the frontier of firm and client collaboration.
• Contribute to firm efforts to innovate on the business of law.
• Advance Legal AI thought leadership through industry forums and published analyses.
• Foster a thriving innovation and knowledge community across law firms and corporate teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a legal innovation role at a top tier law firm, corporate legal team, or legal tech organization.
• Strong point of view on the direction of AI transformation in law firms.
• Executive presence with the ability to translate between technical and legal/business audiences (CIOs/CKOs/CISOs).
• Track record of shaping product direction or service design based on deep domain insight.
• Exceptional communication skills, including executive advising and conference speaking.
