What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding journey.
• Deliver both remote and onsite implementation and technical support services across NoAM.
• Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure timely completion of the implementation process.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources for hardware installation and software integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations for at-risk accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and other web-based tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of the Golf Industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of network infrastructures in a business environment.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
• Ability to work with C-Level executives in person.
• Flexibility to travel approximately 60% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Golf industries.
• Technical background in POS, SaaS, or networking.
• Experience with Hubspot or ChurnZero.
