What you will do

• Develop strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud, ensuring alignment with risk management goals.
• Use advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers, derive insights, and optimize fraud management strategies.
• Report fraud trends and loss drivers to cross-functional partners and senior management.
• Respond rapidly to fraud rings and address issues raised by internal teams.
• Collaborate with operations to limit losses and optimize review volumes.
• Evaluate and develop new internal or external features to enhance fraud detection capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management or a related analytics-focused field.
• Location: Must be based in Spain.
• Proficiency in writing and analyzing complex SQL queries and using Python for data analysis.
• Ability to work later starts several days a week to ensure overlap with US-based colleagues.
• Strong understanding of payment processing fundamentals and industry risk trends.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Math, Finance, or Economics).
