What you will do

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation integration based on end-user practices and research.
• Design, build, and maintain AI workflows and a consistent list of AI tooling and providers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users looking for AI solutions.
• Implement security-by-design principles into all automation workflows.
• Develop automation solutions to increase productivity and support IT & Security processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL.
• Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and Cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
• Familiarity with AI tooling such as Claude, Dust, Copilot, Gemini, and RAG systems.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Appscript, Google Cloud Platform, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of NoCode tools like Zapier and Make.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity.
• Previous experience in IT operations.
