What you will do

• Define and translate strategic product vision into a scalable roadmap for Smart Data Products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
• Drive the development of AI-powered data agents enabling conversational and proactive user interactions.
• Lead cross-functional agile squads in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to shape positioning and adoption strategies for technical and executive audiences.
• Ensure data products are discoverable, reliable, and scalable across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Product Management, ideally focused on Data Products, AI/ML solutions, or Data Platforms.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack, including data governance and data catalogs.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products from concept to launch at scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex systems.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in data management domains such as databases and cloud providers.
• Experience with zero-to-one product launches.
