What you will do

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and refine scripts for multimedia projects.
• Handle the setup, configuration, and breakdown of professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Execute post-production workflows, including rough cuts, color correction, and audio balancing.
• Organize, log, and archive raw footage and project files within a Google environment.
• Adapt and resize video assets for various web, social, and internal presentation platforms.
• Iterate on video drafts based on constructive feedback from stakeholders to maintain brand alignment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in video and media production or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Foundational knowledge of composition, exposure, three-point lighting, and audio capture.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple deadlines.
• Submission of a portfolio or demo reel showcasing editing style and visual storytelling.
• Must be able to work in-office 3-5 days a week in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for motion graphics and asset creation.
