What you will do

• Shoot and edit high-quality on-location and in-house video productions.
• Develop storyboards for narrative video projects.
• Direct and coach on-screen and voice talent to ensure professional delivery.
• Perform regular maintenance of video equipment at the Quincy, MA facility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and promote video capabilities across the business.

Requirements

• Degree in cinematography/film production or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting (3-point), and audio capture/mixing.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Audition.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
• Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for travel.
• Must be based in the Boston area for local shoots and equipment maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Skills in Color Correction using Lumetri.
• Experience with green-screen workflows.
• Experience using AI generators for video and voice-overs.
