What you will do

• Edit raw footage into high-quality deliverables, incorporating color correction, sound design, and strategic pacing.
• Create platform-optimized short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Edit full podcast episodes and develop high-retention highlights, teasers, and branded episodic elements.
• Design motion graphics, animations, and reusable visual templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Integrate AI-assisted production tools, including generative AI, AI avatars, and automated captions.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on concept development, scripting, and storyboarding.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or creative production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video storytelling and motion design.
• Experience producing social-first content and repurposing long-form audio/video.
• Knowledge of sound design and familiarity with AI-powered video production tools.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Basic understanding of photography and videography, including lighting and framing.
