What you will do

• Produce videos, tutorials, and podcasts to engage customers and support marketing initiatives.
• Create high-quality screen recordings, product demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
• Provide onsite AV production support, including lighting, audio, and camera setup for in-office shoots.
• Identify and extract high-value clips from long-form content for social, paid, and event use cases.
• Maintain and organize a searchable library of raw footage, edited assets, and clips.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketers to translate technical topics into user-friendly content.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with onsite AV setup, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for pacing and visual quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Dallas.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SaaS, technology, or customer marketing.
• Experience with YouTube, podcasts, or livestream production workflows.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
