Location: Hybrid (Clearwater, FL). Must work in office 3 days a week (Monday - Wednesday)

What you will do

• Create social media-optimized content, including short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
• Edit and repurpose existing video content for various social media platforms and formats.
• Capture photography and b-roll for social media campaigns.
• Develop on-screen graphics, captions, and motion graphics optimized for mobile viewing.
• Utilize AI tools to generate creative content.
• Manage production equipment and organize digital assets and project files.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the greater Tampa Bay area.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Media Production, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and video editing skills.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Canva).
• Basic audio editing skills and a strong understanding of major social media platform requirements.
