What you will do

• Drive performance of lithography processes focusing on safety, quality, and yield.
• Develop and maintain process control strategies and monitoring methods.
• Analyze process performance metrics to lead technical decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Resolve process-related issues, deviations, and escalations through root-cause analysis.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven structured methods to reduce variation.
• Develop technical documentation including work instructions and qualification reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in semiconductor, optics, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with contact photolithography, resist coating, and wet etching in contamination-controlled environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• High comfort level working directly with hardware and spending significant time in cleanroom environments.
• Ability to independently analyze data and apply structured problem-solving methods.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with common manufacturing and problem-solving tools (e.g., DMAIC, A3, 8D, FMEA, DOE).
• Working knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
