What you will do

• Underwrite new and renewal cyber business in alignment with guidelines and profitability goals.
• Evaluate policyholders and risk exposures analytically, researching industry-specific risk factors.
• Negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms with brokers to grow the book responsibly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and market stakeholders across the Nordic region.
• Monitor portfolio performance, exposure, and capacity based on market conditions and loss trends.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers to assess cyber and technology E&O risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience underwriting cyber insurance.
• Must be based in Sweden or Denmark.
• Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English is required.
• Established credibility and strong broker relationships within the Nordic insurance market.
• Strong analytical skills and sound underwriting judgment.

Nice to have

• Degree in law, business, economics, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience underwriting technology E&O or other Financial Lines products.
• Working proficiency in additional Nordic languages.
• Cybersecurity knowledge or a technical background in computer science or engineering.
• Ability to utilize AI-driven insights to support underwriting decisions.
