What you will do

• Design and price innovative insurance offers.
• Monitor business performance and risk metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, designers, and engineers to build differentiating products.
• Support sales teams with insurance expertise for large client acquisitions.
• Document and structure insurance knowledge to up-level the local team.
• Participate in insurance on-call rotations to support internal teams.

Requirements

• Scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, or data science).
• First experience or strong interest in insurance (product, pricing, regulatory, or analytics).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Builder mindset with a desire to scale processes.
• English: B2 level required (clear, structured communication).
• Must be based in Belgium.
