What you will do

• Execute end-to-end M&A processes, including candidate screening, evaluation of strategic merits, and integration.
• Structure impactful commercial partnerships and minority equity investments to advance business ambitions.
• Conduct in-depth competitor and industry research to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
• Develop robust financial models and valuations to build the strategic case for new opportunities.
• Prepare high-visibility materials for communications with the Executive Office and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in investment banking or equity research.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including experience with financial modeling and valuation.
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise, executive-level takeaways.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
• Proficiency with market data providers such as Morningstar, Preqin, FactSet, or Visible Alpha.
• Deep interest in the asset and wealth management industry.
