• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the SRE team and Cloud Platform.
• Define and champion SRE best practices and engineering excellence organization-wide.
• Architect for resiliency, identify risks, and solve complex distributed systems problems at scale.
• Drive an 'automate-everything' culture across build, test, deploy, and monitor workflows.
• Translate business strategic needs into a scalable and resilient platform roadmap.
• Mentor team members to multiply overall output and technical growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of DevOps/SRE experience and 5+ years of coding experience.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with Modern GitOps tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CircleCI, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Zed.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in San Francisco, Chicago, or New York City.
• Strong technical aptitude and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with multi-region support.
• Expertise in Database Management.
• Experience managing AI Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
