What you will do

• Scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade RAG systems to support internal business operations.
• Mature existing AI proofs-of-concept into stable, maintainable, and reliable production systems.
• Establish engineering rigor through Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD automation, and operational monitoring.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform to ensure system reliability and observability.
• Collaborate with internal AI Champions to identify workflow bottlenecks and create reusable automation blocks.
• Build and maintain a reusable component library to enable rapid deployment of AI-driven workflows across business units.

Requirements

• Must be based anywhere in the US.
• Proven track record of building scalable systems and delivering measurable operational impact.
• Experience with TDD, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
• Ability to travel up to 15 days per year for all-company in-person meetings.
