What you will do

• Design and maintain Workato recipes and orchestrations for Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake.
• Architect multi-agent systems, including tool selection, planning loops, state management, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Develop and automate end-to-end RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector storage.
• Implement AI operations including prompt tracing, cost monitoring, and A/B testing of agent versions.
• Write modular scripts in Python, Ruby, SQL, or JavaScript for integration and data transformation tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation and version control via GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in integration, automation, AI, software, or data engineering.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Workato or similar Enterprise iPaaS.
• Proficiency in designing integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Snowflake Cortex Search, or pgvector.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong technical background in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and programming (Python, Ruby, or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Workato Automation Pro or SnowPro certifications.
